Authors who wish to submit manuscripts to LEX FUTURA: Bamara Research Center must adhere to the following guidelines:
1. General Requirements
- Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication in other journals.
- Submissions can be in the form of research articles, conceptual papers, or comparative studies in the field of law.
- The manuscript must be written in English.
- Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the content and references.
- All submissions must be made through the journal’s online submission system.
2. Manuscript Structure
Manuscripts should be prepared in the following structure:
- Title: Concise and informative (maximum 15–20 words).
- Author(s) Information: Full name, affiliation, and email address.
- Abstract: Written in English, 150–250 words, clearly stating the purpose, method, and findings.
- Keywords: 3–5 relevant keywords.
- Introduction: Background, research problem, and objectives.
- Methodology: Research approach, data sources, and analysis methods.
- Results and Discussion: Findings and their interpretation.
- Conclusion: Summary of findings and implications.
- References: List of cited works.
3. Formatting Guidelines
- Manuscripts should be typed in Times New Roman, 12 pt, with 1.5 line spacing.
- Paper size: A4, with standard margins (2.5 cm on all sides).
- Length of manuscript: 5,000 – 8,000 words.
- Use justified alignment.
- Headings should be clearly structured and consistent.
4. Citation and References
- The journal uses APA Style (7th Edition) for citations and references.
- Authors are encouraged to use reference management tools such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote.
- References should primarily come from recent and reputable sources (journals, books, proceedings).
- At least 80% of references should be from the last 10 years.
5. Plagiarism Policy
- All manuscripts will be checked using plagiarism detection software (Turnitin/Similar Check).
- The maximum similarity index is 20%, and no single source should exceed 5%.
- Manuscripts that do not meet this requirement will be rejected or returned for revision.
6. Submission Process
- Authors must register and submit manuscripts through the journal’s online system.
- The editorial team will conduct an initial screening.
- Suitable manuscripts will proceed to a double-blind peer-review process.
- Authors will be notified of the review results (accepted, revised, or rejected).
7. Article Processing Charge (APC)
- APC: IDR 500,000
- The fee is charged only after the manuscript has been accepted.
- There are no submission fees.
8. Copyright and Licensing
- Authors retain copyright of their work.
- Published articles will be available under an open access policy, allowing users to read, download, and distribute the content with proper citation
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
- All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
- All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
- Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
